1936-D Cincinnati Music Center Half Dollar. PCGS graded MS-66. A spectacular gem specimen characterized by two totally different types of toning. On the obverse, a mottled mixture of sunburst orange, magenta, iridescent green and blue toning has come about most likely from storage in the original cardboard packaging. The reverse displays delicate golden, mint green, orange and magenta peripheral toning. All of this color is enhanced by underlying satiny and lustrous surfaces. A striking gem and one that will undoubtedly bring healthy bidding from sophisticated "color" enthusiasts (PCGS # 9284) .
