Lot 1300

1918-D Liberty Walking Half Dollar. PCGS graded MS-64 PQ. A difficult early issue from the Walker series, this near-gem example with immaculate surfaces that are white and satiny throughout. Heavily lustrous with a few minor abrasions confined to Liberty's leg and the sun. A fine die crack is noted leaving the lower portion of the left upright of H and heading towards the strongly impressed mintmark. A lovely example of this 20th Century rarity and in our opinion quite choice for the assigned grade (PCGS # 6575) .
Estimated Value $7,000 - 8,000.

Realized $9,775
