1826 Capped Bust Half Dollar. PCGS graded MS-63. Bright gray surfaces that are shiny and lustrous. A die crack extends from star 2 through star 7 and above top of cap. Another die crack starts at star 1 and heads through the date and ends at star 10 (a diagnostic for Overton-108a). We note a single scratch under Liberty's ear and down onto neck. A pleasing uncirculated example. PCGS population of 88 (PCGS # 6143) .
