1940 Mercury Dime. PCGS graded Proof 67. Lustrous fields with an array of sparkling metal flow lines. A light transparent film rests on the fields, casting a sky-blue iridescence to the surfaces. A touch of rainbow iridescence just below the date. Well struck and an impressive superb gem proof Mercury dime. Housed in an old PCGS green label holder. PCGS population of 295 in PR-67 with only 17 in PR-68 as finest.
