Lot 1074

1852 Liberty Seated Dime. PCGS graded MS-64. Luster is plentiful across finely granular surfaces that still possess abundant mint frost. Both the obverse and reverse have a gorgeous light golden toning, heavier on the reverse. There are two small horizontal ticks left of star 13 in field. Another scratch runs across the knee of Liberty. The With Stars Seated Liberty dimes are quite scarce and in the near-gem and gem conditions, undervalued. PCGS has graded 32 in MS-64, 15 in MS-65, 2 in MS-66 and 2 in MS-67 (PCGS # 4597) .
Estimated Value $750 - 800.

Realized $834
