1831 Capped Bust Half Dime. PCGS graded MS-65 PQ. A common die marriage in a conditionally rare grade. Razor sharp strike, satiny surfaces and robust luster. Both obverse and reverse surfaces have slightly reflective surfaces. A touch of champagne toning in the reverse lettering. Not a mark to mention and seemingly choice for the grade. PCGS population of 37 in MS-65, 30 in MS-66, 6 in MS-67 and 1 in MS-68 (PCGS # 4278) .
