1883 Liberty Nickel. With "CENTS". PCGS graded Proof 65. It is always a pleasure to come across a coin like this while cataloguing. While not excessively expensive or rare by any means, the beauty and preservation this piece displays is much more uncommon and valuable than current market values would lead one to believe. Fully reflective fields have enchanting lavender hues evenly over the entire obverse and reverse. Fully lustrous and free from any spots or marks. Extremely pleasing and a real gem! (PCGS # 3881) .
Estimated Value $350 - 400.
The Michael M. Magdic Collection.

Realized $518
