Liberty Cap Cent. 1794 S-19b. Rarity-4. Sharpness of EF-40 or better. Head of 1793. Brown with surfaces that are a little dull and grainy. There are some minor planchet striations so common with this variety. Some minor circulation marks. There is an old, light scratch from the first S in STATES to the O in ONE. Another in the wreath below the first A in AMERICA. Tied for Condition Census 9.
