1865 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 63. PQ. A blush of lilac toning adds to the immense eye appeal of this piece. Housed in a second-generation, green-label PCGS holder and it is so refreshing to see how strict grading standards were in the not so long ago past. We have no problem envisioning this coin in a PR-64 Cameo holder (PCGS # 5561) .
