Lot of Three Aes, c. 96-260 AD. Included are: Nerva, 96-98 AD., a Dupondius: Clasped hands before standard set on prow; RIC 55. Hadrian, 117-138 AD, an As: Fides standing right, FIDES PVBLICA; RIC 809. And lastly, Marcus Aurelius as Caesar, c. 154 AD., an As/Dupondius: Minerva standing left, holding owl; BMCRE 1985. The Nerva with rough surfaces, but the rest with good portraits and with a variety of pleasing patinas. A nice group. Lot of 3 coins. Coins average better than Very Fine.
