Autograph Letter Signed, New York, Jan. 8, 1934, 8½ x 6½ in., sending an autograph to an admirer; also, a signed 2½ x 3½ in. card. (2) Rudolph Halley, chief counsel for the U.S. Senate-Estes Kefauver Special Committee to Investigate Organized Crime in Interstate Commerce. Autograph Letter Signed, on "Independent Citizens' Committee For The Election Of Rudolph Halley" letterhead, New York, October 16, 1951, 11 x 8 in., discussing the need to protect citizens from bodily harm and death, whether from the underworld or the Police Department; also, the need to eliminate discrimination, etc. (3) Lawrence H. Cooke, chief judge of New York Court of Appeals, 4 x 6 in. Card Signed and dated ("Feb. 22, 1980"). Fine. (4 items).
