Manuscript Document Endorsed ("J.P. atto.") as attorney in a case between John Dickerson and John Peace, in Granville County, North Carolina, November 1, 1784. Overall toning; minor tape repair and some fold splits. The endorsement is bold. John Penn is very hard to find, being a 4 out of 5 in rarity.
