Razor, c. 19th Century. Razor by W.H. Morley & Sons / Germany, with red stripes and raised stars on a blue background at top and bottom of ivory celluloid handle, and a raised Federal Eagle in flight, with an olive branch and arrows in its talons. The red and blue have faded somewhat with time; still attractive and overall in excellent condition.
