Fr-230. 1899, $1 Silver Certificate. A wonderful note that is sure to please. Date to right of Seal. On Series of 1899 "Black Eagles", the date moved around from above the Serial number to below the Serial number and finally to the right of the Seal. The reasons for these changes is unknown except that it is sometimes difficult to properly align the two different printings. Choice Crisp Uncirculated. Estimated Value $400 - 500
