1897 Indian Head Cent. PCGS graded Proof 66 Deep Cameo Red. This is one of the most spectacular Proof Indian Cents you will ever see. It has ultra deep mirrors and bright frosted devices. The "orange peel" fields are on fire which also gives the impression that this could be one of the first examples struck off these dies. Wonderful gold and lilac colors add additional appeal. If you are after top quality for your collection, this is it. As of this time, this is the only Deep Cameo graded by PCGS. One of the best Indian Cents ever graded!
