1795 Flowing Hair Half Dollar. PCGS graded VF-35. Completely choice and original -- never cleaned, or dipped, or "conserved" (today's euphemism "for professional cleaning"). Lovely, silver lilac toning, with hints of steel in some of the protected areas. Struck from dies that were slightly out-of-parallel, such that the bottom left obverse and upper right reverse show some weakness. Overall, a very pleasing example (PCGS # 6052) .
