Aegina. Lot of Four AR Staters, c. 525-457 BC. Above average examples. A good lot. All with top view of sea turtle, and on reverse, a segmented incuse pattern. Two from, c. 525-500 BC, with "Mill sail" pattern (cf. SNG Delepierre 1597ff.), both with banker's marks. Plus two later: c. 500-480, Sea turtle / Early skew pattern incuse (cf. SNG Delepierre 1516), with three banker's marks; and lastly, 480-457, T-back turtle / Skew pattern incuse (cf. SNG Delepierre 1527), with banker's marks. All on good metal. Several with nearly complete turles. All lightly toned. Lot of 4 coins. Coins average Fine to About Very Fine.
