Thessaly. Larissa, c. 360-325 BC. AE 19 mm. Head of nymph Larissa facing slightly to left, two ears of grain. Reverse: Galloping horseman right, wearing petasus and chiton, and holding spear; ethnic around, Ξ under horse. BMC p. 32, 86. Sharp strike, with dark brown and orichalcum patina. A particularly fine example. Extremely Fine.
