1860 Liberty Seated Dime. NGC graded Proof 68 Cameo. A sparkling white jewel that boasts superb surfaces and abundant mint frost. Further, only one other coin has been graded this high by NGC, that an identical PF-68 Cameo. From a technical standpoint, these aren't found better either, as the best regular proof issues graded are PF-68, with just 2 others seen that high. Devoid of toning, and a monumental coin for the specialist.
