Lot 626

1918/7-S Liberty Standing Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded MS-62. A nice example of this very rare overdate. Fresh mint luster in the fields, and no bagmarks worthy of description. The head has a pretty fair strike for this die, with the 3 leaves visible in Liberty's crown, but weakness behind her eye. PCGS has graded just 62 coins in mint state (of those 9 have full heads) so keep that in mind when formulating a bid. This is a very rare coin in any grade, and the overdate feature is quite clear on this mint state coin.
Estimated Value $12,500-UP.

Realized $21,850
