1898 Barber Quarter Dollar. NGC graded MS-68. A resplendent example of this date which boasts electric blue tones around the periphery and reddish gold at the centers. Boldly struck by the dies with no signs of weakness anywhere to be found. The reverse has even darker toning and the luster dances beneath in the fields. These are the attributes required to make the finest graded 1898 quarter. It is alone as the sole MS 68 seen by NGC and none have been graded this high at PCGS. If you demand the finest, then here it is.
Estimated Value $5,000-UP.

Realized $9,775
