1864 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. NGC graded Proof 65. Steel gray toning on both sides with darker colors around the periphery. Rare in proof, this Civil War issue is seldom found this nice. Minor hairlines in the fields are all that limit the grade of this gem.
