1854 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. Arrows. NGC graded Proof 64. Deep gray in color and obviously a long treasured coin that has been shown off for many decades. The fields have minor hairlines and we see no other problems worthy of note. NGC has graded just 3 this high, with 5 graded higher. Perhaps a dozen or so were struck, and they are rarely offered for sale. This one is in NGC holder #335173-004.
