Arcadius, 383-408 AD. Gold Solidus (4.4 g), Constantinople mint, struck 397-402 AD. Helemeted and cuirassed bust of Arcadius three quarters facing, holding spear and shield. Reverse: Constantinoplis enthroned facing, head right, holding scepter and Victory on globe, foot on prow. RIC 7. Well centered,and lustrous. Extremely Fine.
