Thrace, c. 450-350 BC. Another Lot of Five Fractional AR's. Some interesting and uncommon material. Worth perusing. Including an attractive and rare Hemiobol (0.3 g), of Trieros, c. 450-400 BC.: Apollo head left / Laurel branch (SNG Cop. 822). Thasos, c. 411-350 BC., Tetartemorion(?): Nymph head left / Dolphin left (cf. SNG Cop. 1035). Also two uncertain mints, Thrace or Northern Greece: Tetartemorion, c. early 5th cent. BC. Bull head right / Grape cluster; and Tetartemorion, c.450-400 BC. Head of youth or nymph right / Sheep's head right. Last, Akanthos, Macedon, c. 450-400 BC., Hemiobol (0.38 g): Bull's head right / Quadripart incuse square (SNG ANS 51). Lot of 5 coins. Most with dark toning and good metal. Fine to Very Fine.
