1872-S. NGC graded AU-58. Lightly toned with plenty of mint luster still present. A bright coin that spares no compromises with its rich golden iridescence on both sides. Approximately 90% of the surface is frosty. Strike is much sharper than average for the Type 2 issue, although minor bagmarking occurs at the obverse (PCGS # 8965) .
