Long Cross type; portrait class 2 issue. Central beaded circle, within a crowned bust frontal; +EDW RX AEGL DES hYB around. Reverse: Long cross pattee over central beaded circle, with pellet trefoil in each angle: CIVI TAS CAN TOR spaced around arms. Choice, problem-free example of type, with bold portrait. Attractive old, deep warm gray toning, slightly iridescent in spots. NGC graded AU-58.
