1887 Morgan Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 64. Stunning deep toning on both sides featuring lovely hues of gold, lilac and a hint of vivid green. In an old green label holder. Should bring a premium for the lovely toning. The devices were struck with such power by the Proof dies that all design elements show boldly. (Most Proofs are struck twice by the dies to insure deep relief.) Only 710 proofs struck. Pop 58; 42 finer (PCGS # 7322) .
