Keynes, John Maynard (1883-1946) British economist; member of the "Bloomsbury Group." Autograph Note Signed ("JMK"), on blue card engraved, "From J.M. Keynes, Tilton, Firle, Sussex," and dated "15-5-38," 3½ x 5½ in. Addressed in Keyne's hand to Eduard Rosenbaum at the London School of Economics. In part, "The portrait, by the way, is of the Emperor of China, not of Leibniz, and should appear at the beginning of the second part…." With stamps and address on reverse side. Keynes was one of the most influential economists of the 20th century.
