1806 S-270 R1 VG10. Sharpness F15 or slightly better but there is some light corrosion in the field behind the portrait plus raised verdigris behind the head and around LIBER. The remainder of the planchet is smooth and attractive in spite of a few notable contact marks. The significant marks are a strong rim nick above the bust tip, a pair of nicks right of the Y in LIBERTY, and a rim bruise at ME in AMERICA. Glossy chocolate brown with subtle hints of reddish chocolate toning behind the portrait. E-MDS.
