Lot 900
1803 S-253 R2 VG8. Sharpness F15 or slightly better but covered with extremely fine porosity, strongest at the top of TE in UNITED and RIC in AMERICA. No verdigris or notable contact marks. Dark steel and olive with slightly lighter chocolate toning on the highpoints, and those highpoints display some gloss. The date and legends are strong. EDS, before any die cracks on the reverse.
