STS-6 Shuttle Flight Crew 4 x5" original color negatives – "2 outtakes". Not all crew photos are "serious". These 2 negatives show Weitz, Bobko, Peterson and Musgrave in their "F-Troup" uniforms complete with props – flag, bugle, rifle, sword and western hats. The crew photography sessions take about 4 hours and various views and positions are photographed. After the photographic team and crew review the best images, proofs are printed and then the "Official Crew Portrait" or in this case "spoof" photo is selected. Finally the rest of the scenes are discarded. These original crew negatives were both rejected so they are each one-of-a-kind. What a great pair.
