1883 Hawaiian Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded MS-64. Lightly toned on both sides with ample frost streaming through. Well struck. This has a bust of David La'amea Kamanakapu'u Mahinulani Nalaiaehuokalani Lumialani Kalakaua who, upon ascension to the throne of Hawaii in 1874, took the shorter name Kalakaua I. Pop 250; 115 in 65, 68 in 66, and 9 in 67 (PCGS # 10987) .
