Antique Amber and Silver Necklace. Antique amber and silver beaded necklace of large yellow, ochre, and sienna hued amber beads, silver spacer beads, six larger silver beads, and a very large, elaborate silver center bead. Two large silver spherical beads bear fine linear repoussé ornamentation. Two long cone on sphere silver beads have fine granulated and beaded wire decoration. Two long four-sided silver beads have pierced and granulated decoration. The center silver bead has delicate filigree work at the center and around the collars at either end. Late 19th-early 20th century, North Africa. Large central silver bead: 2½". Length: 25". $800 - 1,200
