Dated "April 7, 1909" beneath the printed address, "Cumpas, Son.[ora]" with an intriguing inscription in Spanish which begins on the verso and continues onto the recto above and below Pancho Villa's printed name, "Francisco F. Villa." The Generalissimo's note reads: (translated from Spanish)"The three doormen are on their way over with the objective of looking at properties… I was permitted to send them to you… Have them provide you with an example of the necessary information./ to Mr. Manuel B. Quiroga/ April 7, 1909". Exhibits several creases, with the extreme upper right tip being lost, probably where this corner had once been folded.
Estimated Value $500 - 750.
