1896 Morgan Dollar. PCGS graded Proof 63 Cameo. We note a cameo effect from the somewhat frosted design elements on nicely mirrored fields. It is quite sharply struck and offers a nice appearance for the grade. Pop 2 with 15 finer (PCGS # 87331) .
