Paeonian Kingdom. Patraos, c. 335-315 BC. AR Tetradrachm (12.46 g). Laureate head of Apollo right. Reverse: Armed horseman on rearing horse right, stabs with spear at kneeling soldier who holds up shield. Paeonian Hoard 448 (same dies). Obverse die worn, but was re-engraved; thus bold details to portrait. Nice even gray toning. Choice Very Fine.
