Lot 520

1914-D Lincoln Cent. PCGS graded MS-64 Red & Brown. Popular key date. Well struck. A glossy coin and a strong Mint State 64 by any benchmark. What's more, this has an engaging display of pale coppery red iridescence that soar across the highly lustrous "turning brown" surfaces of this scarce branch mint key. The strike is also strong for the date, with excellent results from the die seen in both wheat ears. Pop 148; 31 in 65RB; none higher by PCGS in RB. (PCGS # 2472) .
Estimated Value $4,500 - 5,000.

Realized $5,463
