Western Samoa SCWPM# 8b, 17.4.1939 1 Pound. PCGS Very Fine 25 Apparent. Fr-P-8b. Despite a small rust stain in the top margin, a very minor flaw that warranted an "Apparent" grade from PCGS Currency, this is a decent circulated example of a scarce type that is valued at $250 in "Fine" in the Krause reference.
