1819/8 N-1 R1 Overdate 9 over 8 VG7. Off Center. Glossy medium brown and chocolate with spots of reddish chocolate toning on the obverse. Smooth surfaces free from any significant marks other than the small reddish spots. Struck 10% off center to K-3 and the reverse is rotated 30 degrees CCW. DWH #3283.
