Cumberland Bank of Alleghany $10.00 Note, Cumberland, MD. PCGS Apparent Fine 12. This note is actually an 1860 re-issue of 30.3.17. It is excessively rare, but not unique. Other than noted "mounting damage", this note has a nice appearances and faces up respectively. Both Haxby and Shank use this as their plate note. Haxby MD-160-G62a, Shank 30.3.18, R-6.
