Lot 395

1827 N-11 R1 PCGS graded MS64 Brown. Lustrous bluish steel and chocolate with traces of faded mint red showing on the reverse. Satiny mint frost covers this cent and the eye appeal is excellent. A swipe of slightly darker toning from star 1 to the front edge of the neck is the only notable mark. M-LDS with crumbling at the brow but no crumbling under the nose. Our grade is MS60. The attribution and Fricke provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 2; 2 finer, 1 in 65, 1 in 66 for the variety. Estimate Value $2,000 - UP
