Great Britain. ½ Sovereign, 1886. Victoria Young Head, Shield reverse. WR-358. DM-195. Proof of Record. Reeded Edge. R6: extremely rare (3 to 5 known, including those in museums); only 2 seen in 22 years. Tiny lint mark by O in VICTORIA. Tiny die-tool mark on face. No 1886 business strikes were coined at the Royal Mint, London! A marvelous cameo Proof, with both sides heavily frosted. PCGS graded Proof 65 Deep Cameo.
