Russia. Set of Front and Back Proofs for 3 Rubles 1898, P-2FP, 2BP. Each note uniface and perforated as issued and with hinge remnants on the reverse of each from an old album mounting. Both Graded by PMG, "Choice Very Fine-35, hinged", this quite conservative in our opinion as the notes are clean and bright with minimal handling. Very Rare.
