MDS, die state c, with a die crack from the second S in STATES through the wreath to the R in AMERICA. A bit softly struck on the coronet over LIB and on the hair at the top of the ear, as usual on this variety. Removed from an NGC slab graded MS63BN (label #1663085-004 included, and it shows the attribution). Comes with a very nice provenance.
