Great Britain. Sovereign, 1850. S.3852C; Fr-387e; KM-736.1. Victoria. Young head. Reverse: Shield. Roman I in date. Unlisted, and excessively rare in any grade. The 1849 Sovereign Roman I is listed, and has a very high catalogue value (1250 British Pounds in XF). The 1850 is rarer, and this may be the only known specimen. NGC graded AU-58.
