1798 S-176 R4 Small 8, Style II Hair G6. Glossy medium brown and light chocolate. Smooth and attractive for the grade. The only mark is a tiny planchet lamination flake in the field near the dentils above the bust tip. EDS, Breen state I or state II very early. There is no trace of the vertical die crack up from the bust, but the grade precludes certainty. The date and legends are clear.
