"BROWN'S BRONCHIAL TROCHES" EP-38, HB-63, S-32 3¢. Fr-EP-38. This 3¢ is rated as R-6 by Reed, indicating 16 to 20 survivors known. The case is an even light brown color and appears original and unopened. The mica is mostly crystal clear, with only modest crazing. The stamp has a single horizontal wrinkle and a small spot, but retains a rich reddish-brown color. Very Fine.
