"JOSEPH L. BATES FANCY GOODS" EP-6, HB-50, S-26a, 1¢ "FANCY GOODS" as two words, Plain frame. Fr-EP-6. A nice example of the more common One Cent variety, with "FANCY GOODS" as two words. The case is problem-free with a small spot or two of toning on the back, and the mica is free of all but the most trivial amount of crazing. The stamp has but a small amount of toning but retains full color. Extremely Fine.
