1822 N-13 R5 VG10. Sharpness VF20 or a bit better but the area under the wreath ribbon has been heavily abraded, possibly to efface some graffiti. Otherwise the surfaces are smooth and void of notable marks. Recolored glossy medium chocolate brown. EDS. Certainly not perfect but still one of the sharpest known of this rare variety. Estimated Value $200-UP
